Auction sale for the cuvee « IKE »

For the 70th anniversary of D-Day, the Calvados Boulard has created its collector’s edition called “IKE” in memory of General Eisenhower. Only 11 decanters of this rare edition have been sold to the “lucky few” at an auction organized by Artcurial, in Paris June 20th, 2014. The Maison des Calvados Boulard has collected 11 200 euros, all profits will go to the American Association The Greatest Generations Foundation. Concerning the other numbered bottles:

• One bottle will be offered to the great grandson of the five-star general, Mr Alexander Richard Eisenhower.

• One bottle was given to the Presidency of the United States of America, on June 6th.

• One bottle is being given to the French Presidency.

• One bottle will be kept by Maison Boulard.
