Second variation in our 12-Barrel collection, this VSOP Rye Whiskey Cask Finish is a blend of Cider spirit aged in oak barrels in our cellars in Normandy, followed by a stay of 12 weeks in casks that previously contained american Rye Whiskey.

Golden amber.
Nose:
Tatin tart, vanilla, hazelnut, almond, rye bread.
Palate:
Oven-cooked apple, dry fruit, crême brûlée, hint of corn.
Finale:
Nice length, hints of vanilla and liquorice.
