Colour : Golden with amber reflections

Nose : Aromas of quince jelly, vanilla, slightly woody

Palate : Silky, fat and round with notes of mirabelle plums, quince paste, vanilla with a very nice length that ends on a note of sweet spice such as Espelette pepper
