Tasting notes
Colour: Bright coppery gold.
Nose: Prominent apple, characteristic of the Pays d’Auge terroir, very present vanilla, balanced.
Palate: Smooth, fruity, elegant, nice aromatic richness.
Finale: Great length and nice aromatic persistence.
