Delivery problem

 

1.THE PRODUCT RECEIVED DOES NOT CORRESPOND TO THE ORDER PLACED

If you have received a product that you did not order, please contact us by email contact@spirit-france.com or by phone at 02.31.48.24.07 from 9 am to 4:30 pm.

Include the following information in your message so that your request can be processed as soon as possible.

  • Order number
  • Photo of the product you received
  • Photo of the delivery note

2. YOU DID NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER

Please contact us by email contact@spirit-france.com and specify your order number.

3. YOU HAVE RECEIVED BROKEN/DAMAGED PRODUCTS.

If the delivered package is damaged and/or broken, please refuse the package and ask for it to be returned.

If you have accepted the package, please take several pictures of the package (with a legible label) and of the damaged product and send them to contact@spirit-france.com specifying your order number.

4. YOUR PACKAGE HAS BEEN RETURNED TO THE SENDER

If your package is returned to us, we have to wait for it to arrive in our warehouse before offering to ship it again.

5. THE PACKAGE IS DECLARED LOST BY THE CARRIER

Please contact us by email contact@spirit-france.com adding the order number to your request. Our customer service will process your request as soon as possible.
