XO Reposado Tequila Cask Finish
Our cellar master, constantly on the lookout for innovation, boldly tried ageing Reposado Tequila in casks. The resulting cider brandy is quite astonishing: it took 77 months of ageing for the Calvados XO to penetrate the wood, interact with it and evolve into a completely new liquid.
