Tasting notes
Nose: Very aromatic, fortified wine-style nose. Plump rich sultana and darker fruits with a smoky quality
Palate: Strong malt front with layers of ripe pears, cinnamon, ginger and dark sugar with hints of dried fruits
Finale: Dried fruits develop into a blackcurrant tone with a lemon tartness on the end
